• The ISS Deorbit SME will support the ISS Program Office by assisting the NASA ISS Deorbit Manager in all capacities to define, analyze, and assess the various options for eventually deorbiting the ISS safely.
• Key responsibilities include employing technical subject matter expertise in all aspects of ISS deorbit trajectory planning, performing risk trades for orbit shape, assessing deorbit operations, and accomplishing other tasks as required.
