Job Summary
The responsibility of the role is to lead the food safety pillar in Quality function at Sricity manufacturing location, Expectations is to guide and support in formulating and implementing food safety quality systems and processes to ensure consistent food safety in line with global standards.
Manage all Quality Assurance activities at the factory to ensure consistent food safety in line with global quality standards and ensure compliance to all related statutes.
Lead the investigation of consumer complaints and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence of complaints.

Key Requirements
Graduate/Post graduate Degree in Food Technology, Science, Food Engineering
5-8 years of experience
Knowledge in HACCP and food safety management systems
Experience in Supply Chain with exposure to Quality
Experience in handling consumer complaints management
Intimate knowledge of ISO management systems
Expertise of business operations including GMP, GLP, HACCP, SOP
