Lead efforts to reduce cumulative trauma injuries and improve workplace safety for all plant personnel.
Implement and co-administer the plant ergonomics process with UAW partners in alignment with the National UAW-GM Ergonomics Agreement.
Collaborate with Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, and other functions to identify ergonomic risks and develop solutions.
