  • Implement and co-administer the plant ergonomics process with UAW partners in alignment with the National UAW-GM Ergonomics Agreement.
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, and other functions to identify ergonomic risks and develop solutions.
