The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident health information while assisting with personal care, mobility, and monitoring vital signs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have

Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Key Requirements
