Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their care plans.
  • Employees must be comfortable driving a company van to transport behavioral residents to various medical appointments throughout the week.
  • When not on appointments, caregivers will work on the floor assisting with personal care, hygiene, and monitoring resident conditions.

Key Requirements

  • Arizona Caregiver Certification
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • High school education or equivalent
