Salary
Base: $71,250 - $187,000; Bonus/Equity: Company bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including 401(k), pension, medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Analytical method development and optimization
Experience with LC, GC and CE instruments
Testing non-GMP samples for development studies
Collaboration with Quality Control and Process Development
Documentation in electronic laboratory notebook
Nice-to-have
Hands-on experience with biophysical assays
Knowledge of gRNA, mRNA, and LNP analytical methodologies
Familiarity with ICH regulations and method validation guidelines
Proactive and positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills
Key Requirements
MS in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics or related field with 3+ years experience
Or BS with 5+ years experience in gene therapy field
2+ years experience with LC, GC and CE instruments
Authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship
