Job Summary

• The incumbent will assist supervisor to formulate agency digital strategy to achieve the assigned goals by deepening agent engagement and enhancing agent experience along the entire agent journey via digital innovation, data and technology adoption.
• Drive the development and execution of an efficient and holistic process to keep the team apprised of the latest innovations and accelerating trends, and enable ideation workshops by connecting agency, internal partners from different lines of business and leading collaboration efforts to champion an open innovation strategy.
• Source, scale and implement new technology and digital capabilities to AIA HK through partnership with insurance technology partners and supervise the development of agent analytics data foundation (Agent Single View).
