Job Summary

  • The Director of Business Excellence is responsible for leading the adoption and application of Lean Manufacturing principles, supporting teams to implementing continuous improvements (CI), working closely with business unit (BU) teams to align internal processes to business targets.
  • The Director of Business Excellence may oversee various functions and processes including, but not limited to: Operations Project Management, QMS Administration, Regulatory Audits, Document Control and Configuration Management, Customer Service, and Equipment Calibration.
