Job Summary

  • Serve as the key liaison on tenants fit-out applications, requests, and feedback.
  • Attend to day-to-day requests/feedback from tenants and assist the Manager in supervising soft services.
  • Prepare accurate, timely and completed reports, including monthly performance reports and variance reports for review by senior management.

  • At least 5 years of experience (Diploma)
  • Experience managing high rise commercial buildings
  • Knowledge of operation and maintenance practices
  • Managerial experience essential
