The role involves performing routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, as well as coordinating with nursing services in resident living areas.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures, while ensuring the comfort and convenience of residents through proper facility upkeep.
