Key Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years experience
  • Servicing electrical equipment, IT networking, or cyber-security networking experience
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
  • Interfacing with internal team members and/or external customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with Web applications and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
