Job Summary

  • Responsible for regional distributor's primary targets and in-store execution KPIs, establishing a robust distributor management mechanism covering business planning, KPI management, system operations, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate closely with regional distributors to develop sustainable profit growth through joint business planning, setting clear business objectives, and defining execution plans.
  • Develop strong regional distributor functional teams, including sales, finance, customer service, logistics, systems, and HR, and conduct regular distributor capability assessments based on the Mondelēz scorecard mechanism.
