Job Summary

  • Responsible for logistics service offering and development in the area (ENA, Europe, APA, China) and collaborate with logistics service offering and logistics global execution teams.
  • Manage area-based stakeholders and their expectations, identify cross-unit/cross regional logistics partner network opportunities and risks.
  • Lead, coach, involve and develop cluster/country teams, cluster/country logistics managers and logistics business support colleagues, ensure proper level of training, act to mitigate identified gaps on competences.
