The Scribe is responsible for assisting physician, PA or NP with clerical duties, patient flow, patient care, procedures, initial clinical intake, ensuring documentation capture and providing scribing services.
Works side by side with the Provider as a documentarian to ensure all information verbalized was correctly understood/scribed into the EMR.
