Job Summary

• As a leader within Bechtel’s project management team, the Social Performance Advisor will provide guidance and consultation to support successful outcomes related to Bechtel’s community relationships, workforce integration and social impact management.
• This role will play an important role in fostering positive social relationships throughout the project’s construction phase, aligning with Lithium America’s overall project goals for positive community relations and social impact.
