Job Summary
This role supports the Customer Relationship Management system by facilitating tactical day-to-day aspects of business-process-related knowledge through modeling and analysis.
The position requires monitoring and correcting the integration of SAP and CRM data while contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
