Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transferring while ensuring safety and dignity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility

Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
