  • Responsible for reviewing, revising, negotiating and advice on requests for proposals, non-standard client agreements for the Assurance, Advisory and Tax Lines of Service, master services agreements, engagement letters, subcontracts, nondisclosure agreements and other types of agreements.
  • Carrying out a gap analysis between the firm’s risk management and local law and ensuring that supplemental policies are drafted accordingly.
