Job Summary
The Study Start-Up Head, LATAM is responsible for the identification, selection, activation, and maintenance of clinical sites for large, global, complex oncology clinical trials.
This role provides leadership within the department/country or region and makes recommendations regarding operational aspects of executing SSU and regulatory clinical development deliverables.
The position requires supporting the development of the Startup team in Brazil and LATAM, including hiring, training, development, and resource allocation.
