Job Summary
The Progressive Care RN provides comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to adolescent and adult patients requiring enhanced monitoring and support above medical-surgical level but whose condition does not warrant care in the Intensive Care Unit.
Assess and implement priority-based nursing care and establish goals to meet the patient’s needs, integrating patient values, best practice, and evidence into patient care.
