Salary
Base: $20 per hour; Bonus/Equity: 15% shift differential; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with company matching, 80 hours paid holidays, paid time off

Ability to recognize defects
