Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
six (6) years of job-related experience
one (1) year in a lead worker, team leader, or supervisory role
Master's degree in related field (preferred)
three (3) years of professional work experience with juveniles/adults in secure correctional or residential settings (preferred)
two or more years of supervisory or administrative case management experience (preferred)
