Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
  • Perform all sales and leasing activities, inspect apartments prior to move-in, and stay informed about market and competitor conditions.
  • This position is eligible for a 20% housing discount and is bonus eligible.
