Job Summary

  • The Banquet Server is responsible for providing superior experience and service to the customers, guests and vendors of the Lansing Center, Groesbeck Golf Course and Legends Global sponsored/managed events and properties.
  • Essential duties include handling all aspects of banquet event setup, teardown, and cleanup, as well as providing professional and timely service by setting up, transporting, and serving food and beverages.
  • This position requires flexibility for irregular schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with work assignments, shift adjustments, and overtime as needed.
