Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree in health information technology
  • Four years related paid work experience
  • One year recent work experience or two years postsecondary teaching
  • Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
  • Must meet Minnesota State faculty credentialing requirements
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
