Job Summary

  • As a Production Application Support Specialist, you will partner with professionals to ensure high-quality systems delivery and stability of EFTS (Electronic Financial Transactions and Services) applications, including Fraud Management Compliance Application, Payment Hub - Retail (Web tango), and other back end fraud applications.
  • You will support Technology Operation’s DevOps initiatives and streamline deployment activities through automation.
  • You’ll be responsible for maintaining the production applications and day-to-day operational activities, manage escalations and modify established procedures / approaches to suit specific situations including 24 x 7 support and coordination of recovery efforts.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in UNIX/Linux/Windows, JBOSS
  • Experience with DevOps Methodology & Tools (Jenkins, Github Etc.)
  • Experience with Cloud Technology/Azure
  • Experience with Containers: CaaS, OpenShift
  • Working Knowledge with Splunk, Layer 7/OSI, Dynatrace
  • Working Knowledge with Feedhub, Autosys
  • Working Knowledge with Service Now, Incident Management, Jira/Confluence
  • Experience with Certificate Installs and Renewals
  • Solid programming skills such as (Shell scripting, Perl, Java, Python)
