  • This role will translate business priorities into actionable requirements, drive process optimization, and ensure GenAI capabilities are operationally viable, compliant, and aligned to the Claims Technology North Star.
  • The analyst will support end-to-end delivery across use cases such as FNOL intake, coverage analysis, document summarization, and adjuster workflow augmentation, ensuring measurable improvements in cycle time, accuracy, and adjuster experience.
