Job Summary

  • Support UPM’s business areas and group functions in various contract law related engagements, especially with respect to non-disclosure agreements and material transfer agreements, as well as contracting process development.
  • Assist in legal tech related tasks and projects, and other tasks in the legal function, such as information and data collection, legal translation work, preparation of background materials and legal research.
