Job Summary
The incumbent designs, develops, implements, integrates, tests and manages solutions to support the University’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) business objectives.
Supervise a team of Senior Analysts to plan, estimate, prioritize and assign work to technical resources, providing advice on system development methods and design alternatives.
Works closely with stakeholders to plan, estimate, prioritize and assign work to technical resources, supporting and maintaining operational applications and improving those that support various endeavors.

Key Requirements
University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM, security, or related area
Minimum 5 years of experience in solution development, platform engineering, and implementation
Advanced knowledge of programming and scripting languages
Extensive experience designing end-to-end business system solutions
Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud and hybrid environments
Proficiency in IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM
In-depth analytical skills for complex problem solving
Leadership skills, ability to coach and mentor
