Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years hotel experience
  • Minimum 2 years as DOO/Hotel Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Extensive Operations management experience
  • Clear working knowledge of budget planning & execution
  • Exceptional interpersonal and guest relations skills
  • Proven team-leader with outstanding motivational skills
