Job Summary

  • You will be a part of a finance DTC Team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations across Europe, stabilizing, and ensuring the smooth running of queries management processes to provide best service to our European businesses.
  • Participation in establishing new centralized e-commerce processes in SSC in customer support area, working through incoming second line support tickets, and extracting and cross validating relevant order data.
