The position focuses on coordinating HR processes, supporting leadership in HR decisions, and contributing to both local and global HR projects within a sustainable and innovative company culture
Job Summary
You will coordinate and independently develop HR processes in close cooperation with our HR Service Center.
You will work closely with managers and support them in implementing modern HR instruments and personnel-related decisions.
You will participate in nationwide and global HR projects and contribute your ideas to the further development of our personnel work in the group.
