This permanent position offers a salary package up to SGD 13,000 plus discretionary bonus and telephone allowance for an Architectural Manager.

Conduct regular inspections of architectural works
Ensure adherence to EHS standards and regulations

Experience with high-rise buildings over 100m height
Project experience with underpass links or shopping malls
Familiarity with Bus Interchanges projects
Knowledge of Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM)
Ability to handle ad-hoc duties as directed
Key Requirements
Min. Diploma in Architecture, preferably degree recognized by BOA
Min. 5 years' relevant experience as Architectural Manager
Relevant experience in large scale projects
Experience in high-rise buildings of at least 100m height is an advantage
