The Solutions Analyst is responsible for engaging with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their business needs and translating those needs into well-defined functional requirements that guide the design and enhancement of technical solutions.
This role builds trust with stakeholders, leads requirements elicitation, supports solution design, creates functional and process documentation, and collaborates with internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
The analyst also assists with project leadership tasks, including estimating effort, tracking progress, and performing testing.
