Job Summary

• The Solutions Analyst is responsible for engaging with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their business needs and translating those needs into well-defined functional requirements that guide the design and enhancement of technical solutions.
• This role builds trust with stakeholders, leads requirements elicitation, supports solution design, creates functional and process documentation, and collaborates with internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• The analyst also assists with project leadership tasks, including estimating effort, tracking progress, and performing testing.
