Must-have
10+ years HR technology consulting experience
Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Workday
Proven success leading end-to-end HR implementations
Experience managing senior client relationships with CHROs
Nice-to-have
Experience across multiple HRIS platforms
Strong understanding of workforce analytics
Ability to drive business development activities
Mentoring and developing junior team members
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Business Information Systems
