As a Risk Control Expert, you’ll bring your in-depth understanding of operational resiliency through risk identification, reporting, controls, and barrier elevation.
Work with us to develop the foundational structure, foster top down-leadership involvement and oversight to encourage bottoms up direct engagement to proactively identify operational risks, make informed assessments, prioritize resources, implement control activities, and report on a continual basis to optimize mission execution.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in multiple Navy warfare or mission areas
Experience developing risk control frameworks
Experience with Safety Management System (SMS)
Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
Knowledge of NAVOSH Program Management
Ability to develop, implement, and execute Force-wide Program Assurance Assessments
Ability to interrupt and Risk Management Information (RMI) reporting data
Ability to produce senior executive-level written products
