Job Summary

  • You will drive the development of Safety Management Systems, lead risk assessments, and perform incident investigations to uncover root causes.
  • The position provides a key stepping stone toward senior consultant and leadership roles within ERM's rapidly expanding global Safety Services team.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6+ years relevant experience
  • BS/MS degree or equivalent
  • Hands-on safety program management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%

  • Mentorship and cross-functional work

Key Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in related field
  • 2-3 years safety/risk/EHS experience
  • CSP or CIH certification preferred
