Job Summary

  • Support the Credit Insurance area in daily department activities, administrative tasks, policy issuance flow, and insurance management and administration, with direct contact with internal and external clients.
  • Prepare monitoring and policy management reports, follow up on processes, and interact with Commercial, Products, Operations, and Claims areas, as well as direct contact with brokers and clients.
  • Participate in corporate training (technical and behavioral), business events, and internal and external meetings, fostering personal and professional development within the Credit Insurance market.
