Job Summary

  • Apex Engineering Pte. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support daily accounting, billing and finance operations.
  • The candidate will handle daily AP and AR functions, prepare client invoices based on workers’ timecards, assist in payroll support, and ensure proper GST computation and financial record maintenance.
  • The role requires liaising with operations, HR and clients for billing clarifications and supporting documents, while maintaining organized financial records and supporting management with finance-related administrative work.
