  • This role is pivotal in establishing AuRA as a foundational, enterprise-scale AI-ready data platform, while building the team, operating model, and execution discipline required to sustain long-term success.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree with 18+yrs of Industrial experience
  • 4 years of managerial experience
  • Proven experience building and scaling high-performing data and analytics teams
  • Strong experience in enterprise data platform implementation
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and platform design
  • Deep understanding of data governance, MDM, and data quality frameworks
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML data readiness and enablement
