Job Summary

  • Provide thought partnership and strategic P&C support to staff and Managers on people matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for staff care and wellbeing, including staff resilience initiatives and critical incident support processes.
