Key Requirements
Experience managing a team (essential)
HNC/HND in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (desirable)
IOSH managing safely/NEBOSH (desirable)
Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship
Working understanding of technical manuals & drawings
Understanding of control systems and problem solving
Experience with conveyor systems/automation environment
Understanding of preventive maintenance (PPM) principles
