The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected abuse immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, warm environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work cooperatively with inter-departmental personnel
