Job Summary

  • Lead the Capital Invoicing Operations function for the Texas Region, overseeing the review, validation, and approval of capital invoices, application of rate cards, and assessment of construction cost estimates.
  • Provide strategic leadership, supervision, and coaching to a team of invoicing operations analysts, fostering high engagement, strong storytelling, analytical rigor, and alignment with departmental and enterprise priorities.
  • Build and sustain strong cross-functional partnerships with internal capital stakeholders and external vendors to drive operational excellence, improve financial accuracy, and support efficient execution of capital programs.
