Job Summary
It is the responsibility of the cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
The cook must maintain kitchen and cooking areas in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner while preparing tasteful meals.
This role requires cooperation with personnel in all departments and participation in the orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
