Workday is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to lead talent strategy for their Global Finance Organization. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of HR experience, including significant partnership with senior leaders, and a strong focus on both strategic planning and execution in a collaborative environment

Job Summary

  • You will lead the talent strategy for the Global Finance Organization, as the primary PBP to Workday’s Chief Financial Officer (EVP).
