Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science
15+ years work experience with 5+ years in operational technology and execution systems
Experience with ISA-88/95 and Pharma 4.0 principles
Direct experience with SCADA, DCS, MES, PAT, LIMS, OSI Pi in regulated manufacturing
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Functional knowledge of cGMP and FDA-regulated manufacturing
