Job Summary

  • This role owns the physical and logistical foundation of Lila's AI Science Factories, including consumables supply chains and equipment asset management.
  • The successful candidate will build the Maintenance Management function from the ground up, hiring initial staff and establishing operating models for multi-shift continuity.
  • You will author the LOMM chapter of the Blueprint program to ensure reliable scaling of lab operations across all future sites.
