Job Summary
Represent the Carl Zeiss quality management system to suppliers and develop supplier partnerships in close cooperation with other departments.
Actively participate in supplier approval, qualification, evaluation, and development, establishing and ensuring adherence to appropriate agreements and standards.
Manage and support supplier development and integration projects, and oversee customer complaints, coordinating 8D topics and evaluating rejected supplier complaints.
