Job Summary
The HSSE Director will manage the implementation of JLL’s HSSE management systems on client sites, across an assigned geographic area, in EMEA, with the primary objective of ensuring employee safety and minimizing environmental impact.
This key account role provides tactical HSSE leadership, ensuring compliance with JLL, client, and local regulatory requirements, acting as the primary HSSE point of contact for countries in the assigned geographic area.
The role involves actively supporting and implementing key HSSE programs focused on Culture Development, Health & Wellbeing, and High-Risk Work Management, while promoting a strong safety culture through various initiatives.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years HSSE management experience
Degree in occupational safety and health or related
Recognized professional HSSE qualifications
Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Experience in Life Sciences manufacturing or regulated environments desirable
